It was a lovely day for gardening – and so many jobs were completed! Titivating the acers in the Japanese style garden to make them even more gorgeous; weeding; moving stray daffodils; cutting back and clearing the grass where the snowdrops were in the kitchen garden; building additional raised beds; sowing veg and grass seed; and planting perennials.
The Gardens are looking stunning, clothed in blossom and fresh leaves, cowslips everywhere, bluebells peaking through the Jack in the Hedge and with the laburnums and handkerchiefs just coming into flower.
