Talks

“an interesting and stimulating talk”

We welcome the opportunity to talk to groups about the Gardens of Easton Lodge – in person or by Zoom/other online formats. Our talks typically cover the history of the Gardens, including the life of the Countess of Warwick and the World War II airfield next to the Gardens; and the work of the Trust in restoring the Gardens. They draw on a wealth of stories and photographs from our archives. A presentation of 45 minutes is recommended followed by time for questions.

Gardening clubs, U3A and history groups have enjoyed learning about the Gardens and many have then visited the Gardens. We can provide experienced speakers for afternoon or evening meetings and we particularly welcome showing pictures of the Gardens at their best during those dark, cold winter months!

Talk fee £60, plus travel expenses; or £50 on zoom.
