Personal data

The Trust is committed to seeking written informed consent for all personal data collected from volunteers and friends; and to seeking oral consent from volunteers and visitors when photos are taken, making it clear that these photos may be used in Trust publicity information/materials.

The Trust stores personal data securely. It does not envisage sharing any personal data that it holds with any other agency and, if it were required to, it would first contact the relevant individuals.

Individuals have a right to request access to their personal data held by the Trust and the Trust will accept such a request in whatever form it is made and address any requests to correct or delete it from the records.
