The weather has been against us so far this season. It has been mild, so the snowdrops were earlier than usual and now rain, rain and more rain, making huge puddles and leaving the ground very boggy. We remain optimistic, of course, that we will be able to open on 29 February, but do keep checking before setting off to visit us. If the snowdrops are past their best, because of the warm, wet weather, the upside is that the daffodils are coming early. So, the Gardens are still looking lovely (when it is not pouring!).
