24.02.22 OPEN DAY CANCELLED – WE ARE SO SORRY BUT TODAY’S STORMY WEATHER HAS MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE GARDENS TO VISITORS AND HENCE WE HAVE HAD TO CLOSE. TICKETS HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED.
Our last snowdrop open day in 2022. The snowdrops are particularly lovely this year. We have a vista of snowdrops under the trees and more in the walled kitchen garden, and clumps in many other spaces and corners of the Gardens. Many of the common single and double blooms were planted in Victorian times or before and we have added to their natural spreading.
The neighbouring gardens of Warwick House are not open to visitors on a Thursday.
The gardens open from 11.00am until 3pm with the last entry at 2pm. There will be snowdrops in the green for sale.
Bacon and cheese rolls, homemade cakes, hot and cold drinks available until 2pm.
Tickets are limited but they are likely to be available on the Gate too from 11.30. To ensure you get a ticket, get tickets in advance through Trybooking.com.
