We will learn about the nature in the Gardens, with local naturalist Jono Forgham on hand to show us his Moths of the Day and to help us do bug hunts. Visitors will enjoy the bluebells and the last of the fruit blossom in the walled kitchen garden.
There will be a range of stalls, including a plant stall, a local wood turner, crafts and jams; and we will be joined by Essex Wildlife Trust.
Our volunteers will provide locally sourced bacon, cheese or hummus rolls; homemade cakes; and hot and cold drinks until they run out – or till 4.00pm.
More information is on our visitor information page.
