The Trust is planning to open the Gardens on four days in February for visitors to enjoy the snowdrops: Sunday 9, Thursday 13, Sunday 16 and Thursday 20 February. On these Sundays the Gardens will open from 11.00-4.00pm. On the Thursdays the Gardens will open from 11.00 to 3.00pm, but the gardens of Warwick House will not also be open to the public.
Snowdrops flourish under the trees at the front of the Gardens, in the walled kitchen garden and the Glade. Many of the common single and double blooms were planted in Victorian times or before; and the Trust has added many more. Snowdrops are a favourite for visitors!
Snowdrops in the green will be on sale and Gardens merchandise too.
Homemade cakes, hot and cold drinks will be available until 2.30pm or until they run out!
Advance tickets will be on sale in January. Children under 16 FREE
Dogs on leads welcome.
Advance tickets will be refunded if the Trust has to decide the Gardens cannot open, due to a significant risk to visitors and volunteers, for example from adverse weather or very poor ground conditions.
