Open Thursdays (for walkers and cyclists)

In these new normal times, we are welcoming visitors to the Gardens on Thursdays, between 11.00 and 3.00pm, to enjoy the beauty of the Gardens and soak up any sunshine available, while seeing our volunteers hard at work. Garden produce will be available for sale.

As we do not normally open on a Thursday, there will be no car parking or catering available, but visitors are welcome to bring picnics. There are many footpaths in the area, which can bring you to the Gardens, and well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome! Cyclists are also welcome.

For these restricted openings our charge will be £3, to help fund our work and restoration of the balustrade
