This Open Thursday our archivist will display a special exhibition addressing the D-Day history at Easton Lodge. We are open from 11.00 to 3.00, last entry 2.00pm. Hot and cold drinks available and homemade cakes.
The D-Day exhibition will address the part played by airmen and their planes from the Easton Lodge airfield, also known as Great Dunmow airfield, using photos and stories from a range of sources.
Visitors will enjoy a leisurely stroll around the Gardens
learning about the history of the Gardens from our extensive archive;
seeing and chatting to our hard-working volunteers; and
buying our seasonal garden produce.
Please note the neighbouring private gardens of Warwick House are not open to visitors on Open Thursdays, they are only open to visitors on Open Sundays.
Adult entry fee £5, children under 16 free entry. More information here. Dogs on leads welcome.
