Visitors loved seeing and learning about our native birds of prey last year, so the Trust invited them back! It is also a chance for visitors to discover more about the history of the Gardens and its natural history.

The Gardens are open 11am to 5pm, last entry 4pm. Adult entry £6.00 if bought in advance here or £7.50 on the gate. Children under 16 FREE. Dogs on leads welcome.

Children will enjoy finding the Countess of Warwick’s animals around the Gardens and a craft activity. The Trust’s Archivists will display further stories about the Countess’ animals. .

Harlow Concert Band will be playing.

The Gardens look magnificent in July. The Italian Garden and the flower borders in the kitchen garden are full of colour, with the perfume of roses wafting in the breeze. Dragonflies will be zooming around over the waterlilies in their pond. There will be garden produce on sale.

Craft stalls.

Bacon/sausage rolls provided by the Giggly Pig. And catering provided by the Trust from Daisy’s: Cheese/hummus rolls, homemade cakes and hot and cold drinks.

Advance tickets will be refunded if the Trust has to decide the Gardens cannot open, due to a significant risk to visitors and volunteers, for example from adverse weather or very poor ground conditions.
