Helen of Discover Bushcraft will be running a basket weaving course at the Gardens. It will be a fun day, from 10am – 4.00pm, with like minded crafters. Helen explains which grasses are good for weaving and how to prepare them, and the stitches used to weave the baskets. Last year we experimented with putting lavender with the grasses.
