A tree came down recently by the side of the car park and we have lost a few big branches too, so this week Sue was down in the Glade assessing any damage (while enjoying the gorgeous autumn colour). Back near Berties, everyone’s favourite acer was looking spectacular.
This week the focus was on tidying up: raking up leaves; cutting back buddleias and border perennials; weeding and edging the bed by the gate; taking down the runner bean frames and more.
