Back in February, we celebrated the coming of spring, with two fantastic snowdrop open days and lots of visitors. The RSPB joined us and will return later in the season. We thought, then, that it was cold ….
…but it got much colder – it’s not often that we have to cancel gardening days because of the weather!!
So now, we are getting back into spring jobs: planting shrubs (and building fencing round them to keep off any hungry deer/rabbits!) and making space for new herbaceous plants in the Italian garden.
