St Mary’s Church at Little Easton
The historic St Mary’s Church at Little Easton, near the Gardens, is of Norman origin. Its walls contain re-used Roman bricks and tiles. It has a 13th century wall painting and a 14th century fresco, old brasses and a chapel with monuments to the Maynard family. In its north chapel it has stained glass windows commemorating the Crusaders of the US Army Air Force and the friendship between the American airmen and the local people.
Memorial to the Crusaders
At Little Canfield, beside the B1256, there is a memorial to the Crusaders of the 386th Bomb Group of the US Army Air Force.
